Holtje adds financial services underwriting expertise and a strong foundation in executive assurance.
October 28, 2026: ATRI Insurance Services announces that Sofia Holtje has joined the firm as Senior Underwriter, Financial Institutions. She brings experience evaluating financial services exposures, managing complex accounts and working closely with brokers.
Before joining ATRI, Holtje progressed through several roles at Arch Insurance, most recently serving as an Underwriter in Executive Assurance – Financial Services. Her responsibilities included account strategy, underwriting decisions and broker relationship management. Her experience spans directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, crime and cyber coverages.
Holtje holds an MBA in Enterprise Risk Management and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from St. John’s University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She holds the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designation and serves on the Greenberg School of Risk Management Alumni Board.
