February 20, 2025 – Platinum Specialty Underwriters is proud to announce the appointment of Travis Brank as Vice President – Transportation. In this role, Travis will focus on expanding Platinum’s transportation programs, leveraging his expertise in trucking insurance, underwriting and product development. He will lead efforts to build innovative solutions for the transportation sector while working closely with underwriting teams to enhance program management and operational efficiency.
Travis brings extensive industry experience from key leadership roles. As AVP at Canal Insurance Company, he managed both the Product Management and Non-fleet underwriting teams writing trucking accounts in over 45 states. As SVP of Product Management and Pricing at Southern Trust Insurance Company, he led strategic initiatives to optimize underwriting and profitability for both personal and commercial lines products. As VP of Transportation at Aster Insurance Solutions, he oversaw the development of a new UBI trucking-specific program, driving both growth and market expansion.
