New hires bring deep local expertise and E&S experience to expanding team
June 10, 2025 — XPT Specialty, a leading wholesale broker for commercial and personal insurance, is deepening its Northeast presence with the opening of a new office in Buffalo, New York. As part of this expansion, the company has added three experienced brokers: Audrey Manzella, Amy Siebert, and Zak Zorich.

The new team brings a strong blend of underwriting expertise, established market relationships, and regional insights:
- Audrey Manzella – Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Manzella started her career as a middle-market underwriter at The Hartford before transitioning into the wholesale space in 2010. Over the past nine years, she successfully established and expanded a Buffalo office, cultivating an extensive portfolio across binding and brokerage lines.
- Amy Siebert – Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Siebert brings 15 years of insurance experience across both the wholesale and carrier sides, giving her a well-rounded perspective on risk placement. After relocating to Buffalo six years ago, she developed a significant client base, specializing in general commercial business with a focus on real estate risks, particularly within the coastal Northeast.
- Zak Zorich – Senior Broker – Zorich combines a background in banking and client service with two years of underwriting experience in the excess & surplus (E&S) lines space. His recent focus has been on national small commercial business, with an emphasis on responsiveness and customized solutions.
