Chris Ornce joins the team, bringing a 15-year track record of high-impact growth

An experienced and high-impact insurance professional with over 15 years in the industry, Ornce has a reputation for building and growing agency distribution channels. Most recently, he served as the Head of Agency Distribution at Ten Four Truck Insurance, where he developed the division from the ground up. Growth within this division was entirely organic and fueled by his marketing efforts and ability to cultivate strong, revenue-generating relationships across the country. Before this, Ornce spent several years on the wholesale side at RT Specialty, building a significant book of business in Workers’ Compensation.
