Tim Henry joins XPT, bringing robust underwriting and agency-facing experience to commercial P&C team
February 18, 2026 — XPT Specialty, a leading wholesale broker for commercial and personal insurance, today announced that Tim Henry has joined the firm as a Senior Underwriter. Henry brings more than eight years of experience across underwriting, account management, and new business development, further strengthening XPT’s commercial property and casualty (P&C) operations and support for retail agents across Pennsylvania.
In his role at XPT Specialty, Henry will work closely with retail agents throughout Pennsylvania to support the placement and execution of commercial P&C business. He will serve as a day-to-day resource throughout the submission, quoting, and binding process, bringing experience in underwriting analysis, carrier eligibility review, and relationship-driven account management to XPT’s market relationships.
Prior to joining XPT Specialty, Henry served as an Account Executive at Novatae Risk Group, where he was responsible for new business production while managing and retaining a multimillion-dollar book of business. Earlier in his career, he held underwriting roles at Patriot Underwriters, Inc., where he contributed to book growth, evaluated complex risks, and supported underwriting operations across multiple carrier systems.
