Industry veteran with 25-year track record to help expand nationwide P&C offerings
March 5, 2025 — XPT Specialty, a leading wholesale broker for commercial and personal insurance, today announced Steve Kass as Executive Partner. Kass brings an impressive depth of experience with more than 25 years in the wholesale industry.
Before joining XPT, Kass served as Executive Vice President at RT Specialty for more than four years and Senior Vice President at All Risks, Ltd. for nearly 10 years. Through these roles, Kass was instrumental in overseeing regional operations, cultivating client relationships, and developing new initiatives to meet the market’s diverse and evolving needs.

Under his leadership, the brokerage established a strong reputation for delivering tailored insurance offerings and was eventually acquired by All Risks.
